Hi, We’re Julie & Kelli!

We are passionate about helping women in a meaningful way as they grow their entrepreneurial businesses, take over the corporate world, or move through the next chapter of their personal life. All while having fun!

Fun Fact!
We’re Sisters!

Kelli and I have worked together since I started my entrepreneurial career as "The Brain Lady." I've always been fascinated with how the brain works. So I made it my mission to help people understand their personalities from a scientific point of view. As a lifelong learner, I constantly want to know more about how the brain can be our greatest ally or our worst enemy.

When I became the leader of the local Women Excelling Everywhere Meetup (formally Women Entrepreneurs Extraordinaire), I realized the deep need for business education, networking support, and mindset work for women entrepreneurs. So, Kelli and I stepped up to the task as we helped women get unstuck in business. Together we bring our unique talents in harmony with my skills and knowledge as the brain of WEE, while Kelli's outreach and hospitality give us our heart. It's a perfect match!

We began facilitating workshops, teaching women to get past what's stopping them from thriving. They learned to make meaningful connections, set and attain goals for the future, and see their own value. Over time, WEE expanded from a local Meetup to a group of dynamic women, to making international connections and now are working with fabulous women in all fields of business and walks of life! This was all possible because of the fun and caring environment that is at the core of WEE!

I Realized I Didn’t Know What I Didn’t Know

Back in the early days of becoming “The Brain Lady,” I was eager to grow my business. Unfortunately, I hit a wall when I discovered that I lacked the knowledge I needed to get to the next level. I realized that the DIY approach and how-to books would only get me so far if I wanted to see results.

I made a lot of mistakes along the road and figured out that learning from the school of hard knocks isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. So, I made things easier on myself by hiring coaches equipped to address my specific needs and help smooth out the path ahead. Once I decided to invest in myself, everything seemed to click! Things started falling into place, and I finally had the clarity I longed for!

Paying it Forward for Other Women in Business

I'm a passionate believer that women need to support each other to achieve success. That's why, when the Meetup organizer for WEE stepped down, I couldn't bear to see the group without a leader. I've been in these women's shoes. I know the experience of being stuck in the valley and pulling yourself up to the top of the mountain alone. So, even though I was already Managing Director for my local eWomenNetwork chapter, I decided to take over as organizer for WEE.

I managed both networks for about a year before eWomenNetwork shifted. However, this change fortuitously allowed me to focus my talents on WEE. But during that year of overlap, WEE's growth expanded from 100 members to over 600! Sharing my expertise with these incredible women gave them the support they needed to grow thriving businesses.

What You Can Expect From Working with Julie

I have an innate ability to help women I meet uncover their natural gifts and identify what is blocking them from taking the next steps forward. Using this vital information, I can teach you to map a way to leverage your gifts so you will achieve more success in all aspects of life!

What You Can Expect From Working with Kelli

Kelli was born to nurture people. She loves caring for the women in our network, making them feel confident and at ease. Kelli is gifted at creating a loving and trusting environment, so everyone feels comfortable, respected, and cared for.

Working with Julie gave me an understanding that has enabled me to make big changes in the way I run my business and the crucial importance of delegating the tasks that aren't natural to me, so I can focus on what I love to do.  The result "gave me permission" to start delegating!  I feel like a huge burden has been lifted off my shoulders and that what I am doing right now IS the best use of my time.  Thank you, Julie!
