About Coleen

Hello! My name is Coleen and I am a dōTERRA® Essential Oils Wellness Advocate. I am also Aromatouch® Technique Certified and trained in symphony of the cells.

The Aromatouch® Technique involves an essential oil application along the spine focusing on Stress Management, Immune System Support, Healthy Inflammatory Response and restoring (ANS) Autonomic Nervous System Imbalance.

Symphony of the cells uses spinal massage to help the body be in balanced physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I call home California but it is hard to actually catch me there. When you do catch me home you can usually find me either at the lake waterskiing, working out, playing soccer or hanging out with one of my precious grandkids. Never thought being a grandma would be so amazing.

At the age of 46 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I was like 𝕨𝕙𝕒𝕥? 𝕨𝕒𝕚𝕥! Change my diet, no gluten, health issues. No problem I got this. No way is this going to change how I live!! I am too busy waterskiing, traveling and having fun to let my health slow me down.

I began using essential oils in 2014 and provide personalized care and guidance on how to use essential oils safely and effectively.
